Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer any refunds on our custom merchandise unless it is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item you receive is defective or damaged, simply contact us at help@thecustomcaptain.com and include an image showing the issue. We will fix 100% of defective or damaged items if you reach out to us under 30 days from the date of receiving these items.
Exchanges
Again, due to the custom nature of the products we cannot offer exchanges of your items. In rare cases we can offer store credit for some merchandise items.
