Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Custom Captain. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Policy
Order processing time
Due to the custom nature of most of our products, order processing can take up to 7 days (sometimes longer around holidays). We do our best to process orders quickly, but during peak times the time it takes to print, package and ship an order can increase. As soon as an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Please note: We use multiple printers for different types of products to ensure the highest quality. Therefore your order may ship in multiple packages. Do not worry if you receive a package with only part of your order, the rest will be on its way soon.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If the item has shipped but tracking has not been updated please attempt to contact the carrier for additional information before contacting The Custom Captain.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Custom Captain ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Custom Captain is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Custom Captain is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Some items are unable to ship internationally. If this is the case, you will see an error message upon checkout and you will be unable to complete your order.
All items that are able to ship internationally follow the same policies as above.
